  • Identifies client needs and delivers tailored financial solutions.

  • Creates unique offerings and uncovers new revenue opportunities for both clients and the agency.

  • Maintains strong client relationships and ensures personalized service.

  • Expands clientele through marketing strategies, referrals, and outreach.

  • Enhances the agency’s reputation by representing its interests in various capacities.

  • Collaborates with underwriters for policy approvals and accurate documentation.

  • Participates in Zoom meetings, client consultations, and group training sessions to stay informed and effective.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Must be a US Citizen and reside in the United States

  • Active Life Insurance license or ability to obtain one

  • Access to Laptop or Ipad

  • Must have internet access

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Pass a background check

  • Entry level applicants accepted, prior experience with life insurance and financial planning preferred

  • People-oriented & Self-motivated

  • Proactive in problem solving

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews

  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer

  • Detail oriented

  • Obtain State Issued Insurance license within 10 days of agreement

  • Must be 18+

  • Pass background check & Live Scan
