1. Our Commitment to Your Privacy
At Titan Leadership Development, Inc doing business as Titan Financials (“Titan Financials,” “we,” “us”), we value and respect your privacy. We comply with the Gramm–Leach–Bliley Act (GLBA), the FTC Safeguards Rule, and applicable California privacy laws, including the California Insurance Information and Privacy Protection Act (Cal. Ins. Code §§ 791–791.29) and, where applicable, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your nonpublic personal information (“NPI”) and other personal data when you interact with us online, offline, or through any services we provide.

Information related to your financial profile and goals, such as:
Total amounts in retirement and investment accounts
Outstanding debts and liabilities
Other assets and income sources
Your stated financial objectives, timelines, and risk tolerance
We collect and verify identification information in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
3.2 Health Information Handling
Health information required by insurance carriers to process applications. This information is entered directly into the carrier’s secure application system and may also be included in the completed application forms that are attached to issued policy records we retain. We do not extract, index, or store health information in any separate database, and it is not used for marketing or profiling outside of the original product or service engagement.
Health Information Notice
Titan Financials may collect limited health information as part of the insurance application process. We are not a “covered entity” or “business associate” under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). Accordingly, HIPAA does not apply to us. However, we safeguard all such information in compliance with the Gramm–Leach–Bliley Act (GLBA), the FTC Safeguards Rule, and applicable California insurance privacy laws.
3.3 Special Handling of Sensitive Data
We do not store full Social Security numbers in our databases. When we retain policy documents containing Social Security numbers, we mask all but the last four digits in any copies we generate internally.
